-12 to 15 ripe figs sliced in half
- 2 ounces of goat cheese
- 4 TBS of GarLic it! Caramelized Sliced Garlic
Arrange the sliced figs on a plate, then add a pea-size portion of goat cheese to the top of each sliced date, then cover with one or two slices of caramelized garlic, serve cold.
