Thai Peanut Garlic Pizza


3-6 Servings
- 1 package of prepared pizza dough
- 5 tbs of GarLic it! Thai Peanut Sliced Garlic
- 1 large skinless cooked chicken breast
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray and then roll out prepared pizza dough into a round shape. (dust top with a small amount of flour if it is too sticky).

Dice cooked chicken breast and red bell pepper, then shred cheese. Coat the top of the pizza dough evenly with GarLic it! Thai Peanut Sliced Garlic, then add cheese evenly, then add chicken and bell pepper. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is brown.
