-2 Tbsp Caramelized Chipotle Dipping Oil (Oil only)
-1 Tbsp Lime Juice
-½ teaspoon kosher salt
-1 pound steak, chicken or pork (your favorite cut)
Marinate for at least one hour and up to 8 hours and then grill. Slice into thin strips. Serve with tortillas, avocado, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, black olives, refried beans, and grated cheddar cheese.
The over achiever that I am made homemade refried beans and homemade tortillas to go with. I was going to make Spanish Rice but ran out of steam.
