Serves 2 to 4
-1/2 pound of cooked-shelled shrimp
-1 cup of cut snap peas (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
-3 tsp of Sichuan Pepper Sliced Garlic
Use 1 tsp of oil from the jar of GarLic it! Sichuan Pepper Sliced Garlic and add to hot pan, then add shrimp. Cook shrimp until hot, then add the cut snap peas. Keep on high heat for 1 more minute, then turn off heat and add the Sichuan Pepper Sliced Garlic, stir well. Serve when hot.
